Before Extreme Fitness Pictures – Gross…

Ok, I guess I have been stalling long enough…the dreaded before pictures are here. I am highly embarrassed to post these, but what the heck! I need some motivation! You will have to excuse the state of the Equinox Irvine locker room, they are in the beginning stages of a beautiful remodel. So, without further adieu, here we go:

As you can see, I have a few lbs to drop, and lots of areas to tone. The main areas I am looking to tone are my arms


I hate this area more than anything!!!

And armpit

So gross!!!! Ewww!!! My goal is to have toned arms and back at my wedding. Do you think I can do it? I hope so! Any recommendations on specific exercises to tone up back fat and arms? I don’t want to be bulky, but a lean, mean, sexy machine!
